SAILING REGATTAS AND BOATING EVENTS IN MALLORCA

Sailing regattas and boating events in Mallorca

Yachts, Super Yachts, Classic Sailing Boats and Fairs in the Balearics

Average wind speed on the Balearic Islands can range between 5 and 15 knots during the summer months, creating the perfect sailing environmentand an ideal spot to showcase and race high end boats, classic sailing boats and yachts.

North winds dominate the southeastern part of the Balearic archipelago -Mallorca and Menorca - whereas the predominant winds in the western part - Ibiza and Formentera - are SE winds. For those who are looking for anchorages and peaceful places to relax, there is a large number of bays along the islands’ coast, but the northwesterdly Tramontana wind is strong and can appear unexpectedly on a sunny day.
